1. Do you have an online availability?
Due to the constantly changing nature of our massive inventory, we are currently unable to accommodate an online availability. Please feel free to call us at 423-245-4769 or e-mail us for inquiries at firstname.lastname@example.org
2. Do you ship or deliver?
We are unable to ship plants or products but we do deliver in the general Tri-Cities, TN/SW, VA areas. Delivery prices depend on how far and what we are delivering.
3. Can plants be special ordered?
If available to us, we can look into special ordering particular plants you are interested in that we may not typically carry. Special orders do require a non-refundable deposit.
4. Do you offer a warranty on your plants?
We offer a one year guarantee on trees & shrubs purchased. We do not warranty our greenhouse plants such as tropicals, annuals, vegetables, perennials, & herbs. You can also reference our return policy here and find out more about our trees & shrub warranty here.
5. What are the E-buck dollars I recieved at checkout?
Purchases during specific times of the year earn E-buck dollars at checkout. These can be redeemed during our redemption period in the summer. You can read more about E-bucks here.
