Wow, it is amazing each day to see plants showing off their beautiful colors. Butterfly bushes in pink, purple, blue, and short and tall. They will attract hummingbirds and butterflies all summer long. Why not try a special butterflybush that has 3 colors in one plant, Fourth of July!

The warm summer days are forcing the Hardy hibiscus to show their large colorful blooms. Kopper King is one of my favorites but there are several other colors. If your hardy hibiscus get to tall, trim them late May and they will stay much more compact and still bloom!
Do not forget about Rose of Sharon in full bloom, with one spectacular variety that has pink, red and purple flower, Fireworks!
