Live annuals, perennials, vegetables, herbs, & tropicals, & houseplants can be returned within 3 days of purchase. All plants must be in the same condition as when purchased and are subject to manager approval. Since we are confident in the health of our plants, we do not offer guarantees or returns on greenhouse plants. If you begin to have trouble with a plant you purchased, please feel free to contact us or bring it in so we can help diagnose the problem. Plants that die from bad weather, neglect, disease, insect damage, under/over watering, poor soil quality, etc. are part of the learning gardening process (we all have plants that have died). Don’t forget – we are here to help you learn so contact us as soon as you suspect you may be having issues with a plant, and we will do our best to help you diagnose any problems.
Store items such as decor, gardening accessories such as gloves and tools, fertilizers pots, concrete, birding supplies, and others falling within this category may be returned within 30 days of purchase in original unopened condition. Items broken due to mishandling/damage after purchase are not eligible for refund. Holiday items (such as Christmas, Valentines, Easter, Fall, Halloween) cannot be returned after the holiday has passed.
Our Tree & Shrub items are covered by our One Year Warranty. One Year Warranties can be extended to two years at purchase. Read more about our warranty here. All live exchanges must be completed within 5 days of date of purchase in their original condition subject to manager approval. Trees / Shrubs grown in above ground containers instead of standard ground installation are not included in our guarantee as they are more susceptible to damage/dying during the hotter and colder periods of the year.
WATER GARDEN RETURNS
If your fish fails to survive the first 3 days from purchase, bring the dead fish and receipt back for an exchange. Water garden plants may be returned or exchanged within 3 days of purchase in their original condition and are subject to manager approval. Water garden plants are not guaranteed to live beyond date of purchase.
- Credit/Debit Cards: Must have original credit/debit card that was used when item(s) were purchased
- Cash/Check/Gift Cards: Refunded to a new Gift Card
